Tenerife North Airport is located in the northern part of the island of Tenerife. Since the opening of a new terminal in 2002, the number of flights at the airport has grown considerably. Tenerife North Airport is smaller than Tenerife South Airport and is mainly used for flights to the Spanish mainland and the other Canary Islands, mainly operated by Binter Canarias and Canaryfly.
There is a direct bus service between Tenerife North Airport and Tenerife South Airport, travel time between the airports is 50 minutes by bus line 343.

Where is Tenerife North Airport situated?
The airport is situated west of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and northeast of Puerto de la Cruz. It is easily accessible via exit 11 of the TF-5 motorway (Autopista del Norte).

The airport has a modern terminal consisting of four floors: Level -1, Level 0, Mezzanine and Level 1. The Arrivals hall, Departures hall and security control are located on the ground floor (PB Planta Baja). Tenerife North Airport bus station is situated close to the Arrivals hall.
