Trapani Airport is situated on the west side of the island, south of Trapani (70,000 inhabitants) and north of Marsala (85,000 inhabitants). Trapani Airport is the third biggest airport in Sicily based on passenger numbers and mainly used by Ryanair.

Trapani Airport is situated south of the city. By car, you can reach the airport via the SP21 (Strada Provinciale 21).
