Trelew Airport is a small airport with one terminal and one runway. The location of the airport is excellent for visiting Peninsula Valdes (whales), Punta Tombo (penguins), Trelew and Puerto Madryn. The airport has a small terminal. The Departures hall (boarding area) and 14 check-in desks can be found on the left, the Arrivals hall on the right and the cozy Patagonia Café in the middle. After leaving the baggage reclaim area you will find the desks of the car rental companies on the left.
