Turin Airport is located in the Piedmont region in northwestern Italy and popular during the summer and winter holidays. The airport has undergone major renovations, in 1989 for the Football World Cup and in 2005 for the Winter Olympics Games. The centre of Turin is accessible by train, bus and taxi.

The airport is located in the municipality of Caselle Torinese north of Turin. Turin Airport is situated near the A55, A5 and A4 motorways and is therefore easily accessible from all directions.

Turin Airport has a terminal consisting of three floors. The modern Arrivals hall is located on the ground floor, the Departures hall and check-in desks on the first floor. Check-in A and B can be found on the right, Check-in C and D on the left. Sometimes check-in desks R 1 to 24 are also in operation, located in a building between the parking garage and railway station of Turin Airport. Restaurants, bars and shops are located on the second floor of the terminal, as is the Piemonte Lounge.
