Outside Terminal 2 there is a bus waiting to take you to the centre of Varna and the holiday destination Golden Sands. Travel time by bus number 409 to the centre of the city (Varna Cathedral) is 20 minutes, whereas the journey time to Golden Sands / Zlatni pjasatsi is roughly 50 minutes. It is also possible to get off at other bus stops in the city (Varna Towers, Varna Mall, Grand Mall Varna among others) and in the resort town of Saints Constantine and Helena. The bus departs every 15 minutes to 30 minutes from Terminal 2. During the summer bus number 409 runs more often than during the winter.
