Nous faire attendre plus de 30m pour passer les portes de l embarquement à la rigueur ça passe. Mais une fois passé celle si une honte de nous faire attendre encore plus et dehors pour rentré dans l avion. Vol à 12.50 à 12.47 toujours dehors . Honteux

Flew home from Lisbon Airport 7 october 2023 We got to Airport at 4 in morning place was chsos no one interested in helping us to.locate our check in we wonder around looking for essy jet finally a birtish couple told us were to go had to que for hxlf an hour then we were charged £47 euro for a small suitcase to go on plane then we were put through thd worst secuity check ever umpleasent rude grabbed my phone from me then we wrnt to board plane the que was unbeliveable nearly missed plane will never set foot in tbis stinking Airport ever again will.never go to.portugal again or fly easy ket

Total and utter shambles arriving into this so called international airport. Flight was an hour late out of Malaga due to ATC congestion at Lisbon which meant the operating flight into Malaga was late. When got into baggage claim waited 1hour 15mins for suitcase. The arrivals hall was packed. This airport has to many flights that it can handle and needs to reduce air traffic. I’m due to fly to the UK tomorrow 6/9/23. God help me!!

Do not use this airport if you need assisted boarding.
I can't comment on the airport infrastructure as I had to sprint through it.
Had a flight booked for 9.50am 7/9/23 through Easyjet we had requested assistance when we booked .
Arrived just before 8 found the check in desk and stood in the queue, only 2 desks were being operated so Q was long and slow, after some time a staff member came and told most of the people in the Q to move to another line !
We eventually managed to check in and were directed to take a seat near the desk and someone would come with a wheelchair ♿️.
Several other travellers came and went via assistance and time was getting on so I approached a few of the staff bringing the chairs and enquired about our booking. None of them were the slightest bit interested in helping or even contacting others to find out what was happening a couple were just rude.
Easyjet staff called a few times too but weren't getting anywhere either !
After the last call for our flight we were still sitting at the check-in desk. Suddenly a guy showed up he told us that he wasn't even supposed to have started his shift but had been asked to start early to help us.
This guy turned out to be an Angel None of his colleagues would give him a chair saying there wasn't enough so he ended up grabbing a chair waiting for repair (no foot rests).
This hero somehow managed to get us to the flight in less than 30mins through security, passport etc. The gate was closed and he managed to bypass the route and get us outside to the tarmac and arrange for a mobile lift to take us to the plane and get us on.
I actually had to run to keep up with him as he pushed my wife, he politely excused other passengers who wandered aimlessly in front and managed to find routes we would never have.
I am extremely grateful to this guy for his help as what he managed to do still has me in awe and he was the only one who actually cared.
Unfortunately too stressed out to remember his name and still rushing as he dropped us off and never even got a chance to tip him . So all I can do is send our love and thanks and hope that he gets the recognition that he deserves.
But as I say if it hadn't been for this one guy we would still be sitting at the check-in as our flight left can't recommend this service

Tremendo. Arrivati due ore e mezza prima del volo, coda infinita perche dal check in 37 al 46 , solo due erano dotati di personale/ a tratti uno! Già al check in il personale è poco presente, maleducato e non supportivo ( in più qualcuno salta la coda perché alcuni operatori chiudono un occhio di fronte alle richieste: ciò crea ancor più ci studio e, anche perché tale operatore sparisce nel nulla). Corsa per arrivare in tempo al gate, nessuna priorità nonostante a causa di mancanze del personale di terra, rischiassimo di perdere il volo. Dopo aver incontrato altro personale maleducato e strafottente ( ogni riscontro alle richieste di informazioni è stato fare le spallucce) siamo finalmente sul volo. Dimenticavo : la partenza del volo era alle 7 del mattino.. se sono così poco organizzati a quest ora in un giorno ‘ normale’ non oso immaginare in caso di imprevisti. Capisco che Lisbona è splendida e che non avete bisogno di fornire un servizio decente per avere turismo, ma non avete rispetto di chi decide di avere il Portogallo come meta.

international flights fly on time to the minute to lisbon airport, then the queue at passport control is FOUR hours.
blatantly keep hundreds of passengers waiting with an occupation of two immigration officers. That's how Portugal treats its tourists and resident holders who come in and spend so much money. shame, shame, shame.

Il peggior aereoporto d’Europa!
All’andata da Bologna ci hanno fatto aspettare 3 ore sull’aereo già atterrato, momenti di panico quando la gente giustamente si arrabbiava con il personale di bordo che non daca spiegazioni e si nascondeva in bagno. Al ritorno ci hanno fatto subito il check in solo per farci stare due ore in piedi all’aperto con il freddo, non il massimo a gennaio. Per non parlare del personale dell’aereoporto che ti guarda dall’alto in basso, cosa evitabile visto che sono cliente e sto pagando 350 euro. Terzo mondo, ho detto tutto

On Friday, 11 November 2022, I arrived at Terminal 1 at the Lisbon airport (7:30am) with my wife and two friends.
We were preparing to board United UA65, Gate 41, for a 10:15am departure to Newark, NJ.

Our passports and/or boarding passes were checked no less than four times at:
a) United check in
b) Passenger/carry on luggage screening
c) Passport check in hall
d) Gate 41

When we arrived at (c), the Passport control hall, we found we were among 600-800 people awaiting passport check by only TWO customs agents handling non-electronic passports! It took 35-40 minutes for us to get to the front of the line. The delays were so bad that a number of frantic passengers began to surge (cut through the line) claiming to others that they were going to miss their planes. This incited anger amongst the other passengers who waited in their place in line. Some like me, forced these line jumpers to stop. Some surged forward and did make it to the front of the line. NOT ONE POLICEMAN or CUSTOMS agent ever appeared to take control of these unruly people. Only after nearly 30 minutes did a third,
then a fourth customs agent finally show up to help expedite the huge back log of passengers.

Then, we arrived at our Gate 41 only to find that the seating area was roped off! The agent behind
the rope told me that we had to wait for the "police" to show up so that passports could be checked yet again!
Every United passenger had to stand in a single file line in a narrow hall way for at least another
30 minutes before the "police" (or customs agent?) showed up to again check the passports
and allow passengers to then be seated.

I never expected that I would experience this kind of 3rd world treatment in Portugal.

There is no excuse for not having the customs processing station adequately manned (with
a police presence) to expeditiously process passengers. Had fights broken out, there were no
police in that huge hall to stop the perpetrators. There is no excuse to force passengers to
stand outside of their gate and wait for customs or police officials to re-process passports AFTER
they have just been processed at the customs center!

This was a disgraceful experience that has left me bitter about Portugal.

Absolutely shocking.

T2 makes a cattle shed feel comfortable. Flight delays massive, people sitting on the floor, very small gates and then to cap it the airport withdrew the flight slot and we sat on the plane for 1 1/2 hours before take off.

What a miserable and never to be repeated experience

Pessimo servizio di assistenza. In data odierna 19 giugno 2022 causa ritardo dell’assistenza, sono stati lasciati a terra due ragazzi disabili/atleti su carrozzina. I ragazzi provenienti da Funchal dovevano prendere l’aero da Lisbona per MilanoMalpensa e facevano parte di un gruppo.

Endless lines in passport if you're not an EU citizen. We made the mistake to book a weekend - stood 1.5 hours in line for passport control. This is not a tourist destination if they cannot handle a shorter line. Weekend in passport control was my experience. Stay home or pick a country that can welcome you.

Péssimo. In arrivo dall’Italia in transito per il Brasile siamo finiti alle ore 21 al terminal N, una struttura che ricorda gli aeroporti del blocco sovietico in peggio. Ristoranti inesistenti e bar squallidi ma chiusi. Mai più.

All'andata, il 29/08/2021, in provenienza da Roma, l'attesa per il ritiro bagagli è stata di oltre un'ora! E i bagni nei pressi dei nastri erano chiusi! Al ritorno, il 09/09/2021, scandaloso funzionamento del banco check-in Ryanair al Terminal 2: file separate per ogni desk, cosa mai vista in nessun altro aeroporto del mondo(e ne ho visti tanti). Al tentativo di mettermi correttamente (ribadisco correttamente!)in coda in altra fila visto il protrarsi delle operazioni (oltre 20 minuti!) dei viaggiatori davanti, sono stata addirittura redarguita dalla hostess di turno! In tutti gli altri aeroporti esiste una fila unica e il primo desk libero chiama la prima persona in fila, è così che dovrebbe funzionare! In totale per tale dinamica ho perso oltre mezz'ora!

Pessimo servizio...in data 9/8/2021 in transito da Porto per Lisbona e da Lisbona a Roma (societa TAP AIR PORTUGAL tp1927 e tp 836) sono stati smarriti i bagagli di 6 persone di una crociera Giver...altri crocieristi con altre destinazioni hanno avuto analoga avventura.
Fatta regolare denuncia al momento non riusciamo ad avere nessuna informazione né tracciamento dai numeri che ci sono stati forniti...

SCANDAL! RIP-OFF!!
Parked car next to sign P1 which costs €3.40 per hour.
Was charged €17.00!!! They told us that the sign referred to a different area under ground!!
