Horrible stuff, unprofessional, not acceptable comments from security screen workers
The bus ticket actually costs 6 PLN. Get an extra one for your return trip. It’s a 90 minute ticket available from the 1 Minute store in the terminal arrivals hall. The ticket machine queue outside is a lot longer, so get your tickets inside instead.
I visited the airport yesterday. Not impressed at all, very slow service, long queues. I travelled with no luggage and spent 1 hr and 40 minutes queuing, just to complete the boarding. Is that normal?
I travelled with no luggage with Ryanair, went straight to the boarding to find out after 20 minutes queuing that needed to go to check in first to collect my pass, after queuing there I had to return and queue again for the boarding. Why no proper information provided beforehand.? I wasn’t the only one sent back and forward. Rubbish service and information.
