The luggage checking is performed as if we still were in the ’70s. All checkers just take pleasure in digging deep in your belongings with their dirty gloves, which they never change. They take out everything you have sorted in your pouches, as if in search of God knows what. In practice, it is as if the scanners were totally useless and unable to identify anything. The level of annoyance for the travellers cannot just be described. Never seen elsewhere so many idiots all together!

The line to get out of the country took an hour and half. It's understandable during entry, but on exit is ridiculous. No one cares that the passengers are delayed got their boarding and some unruly passengers had to jump the line making it worse for everyone else. 30yrs of flying, I must admit this is the worst airport experience ever.

One of my favourite airports in Europe, I like the design of the airport (modern and spacious). Besides, the location is good close to the centre of Brussels and other Belgian cities.
