Horrendous. Most confusing layout I've seen plus toilets are a mess. There are plenty but they weren't open or they were being cleaned by someone who was rather busy making a call. Then when I finally got a toilet, a worker just opened the door with a key...

Premetto che ho viaggiato tanto e in tutta Europa, un aeroporto così disorganizzato, confusionale, e con operatori maleducati come quello di copenaghen non lo avevo mai visto prima. Code interminabili anche con la priorità, bagagli persi (con voli diretti) e poi ritrovati dopo 30 minuti... operatori di sicurezza maleducati e cafoni... si ergono tanto a popolo civile in realtà sono rimasti dei vichinghi. Mi hanno perquisito qualsiasi cosa possibile, ero con mia moglie e mio figlio di un anno che ha subito una perquisizione anche lui ovviamente anche mia moglie non è stata risparmiata... ci hanno fatto sentire dei criminali... rovistato e danneggiato pure oggetti personali, hanno cercato di buttare ma senza successo creme e pappe di mio figlio, sono riuscito a evitare che fossero cestinate solo perché gli ho detto che se lo avesse fatto lo avrei denunciato non può lasciare un bimbo di un anno senza le sue pappe e creme (ovviamente gli omogenizzati e le creme erano sotto i 100ml ma volevano buttarle via lo stesso non so perché). tutti i liquidi sono stati sottoposti a analisi insieme a tutti i vestiti oltre a una approfondita perquisizione a tutta la mia famiglia. Un popolo di vichinghi incivili!!! mai ho dovuto subire un trattamento simile per passare le mie vacanze con la mia famiglia. Sicuramente non ci metterò più piede in danimarca, prima di autodefinirsi il paese più civile al mondo dovrebbero cercare di civilizzarsi, visto che non lo sono ancora.

An absolute nightmare! How can a country renowned for its functional design have created such a mess? From drop off all the way to your seat you follow an illogical and needless zigzag to your gate. Check in is one terminal flight in another. Nothing makes sense.

Hi guys I think you have the worst international airport that I have ever seen and I have seen many!!!!
Slow, confusing, people are missing their flights, kids are crying and people are getting very frustrated by your poor management of this airport

Copenaghen è una città estremamente civile, il suo aeropoerto no. Non ci sono sedili per viaggiatori, gente buttata per terra, neanche nel terzo mondo

Too few seats in duty free. I am sitting on steps now. Very confusing finding gate for Ryanair previously but was helped by very nice cleaner. Assistance was hard to find when arriving although was booked. Dublin Airport is way ahead of CPH

Cara Mirella oggi io e la mia famiglia abbiamo avuto la stessa esperienza.Senza neanche spiegarne il motivo gli ignoranti di turno hanno cominciato ad aprire tutte le valigie per controllare i trucchi che mia figlia aveva acquistato e altri liquidi, come se sapessero cosa c'è dentro.A Linate hanno un metodo che analizza i liquidi senza farti aprire le borse e rovistare tra i tuoi indumenti.Mi hanno fatto sentire una terrorista.Senza parole. Paese senza bidet e poco ospitale.

I forgot my laptop in the plane coming in this airport and spent the night freaking out, but the next morning I found the most easy procedure from the Copenhagen airport to retrieve personal belongings and I had my laptop back very quickly (less than 13 hours between flight landing and getting it back)
I am very greatful as I know it is not as easy in other countries

Possibly the most confusing airport I've ever been in and I've seen alot. Arrivals mixed into same places as departures poor signage (even customs staff agreed it was a mess). A whole flight of people got lost as the closest immigration was closed and no one directing to the one a 15 minute walk away. Coming back in you eventually make it to the gate and are put into a space with about 30 seats so everyone sitting on the floor. Though to be fair with Ryanair you usually get shoved through to stand in a corridor or stairwell.

All OK except the number of seats available for passengers awaiting their flight: too few!

Very nice place, we got through customs very fast, the staff was friendly we got our luggage within the first four minutes. The airport is very nicely designed

Pessima esperienza. Ho viaggiato parecchio ma personale così ignorante mai trovato. Permesso che ho viaggiato metà Europa vivo a Roma e parto ovviamente la maggior parte da Fiumicino che è l'aeroporto più grande in Europa e fa da scalo a vari voli. Rigorosamente tutte creme e profumi sotto i 50 ml permesso per il viaggio. La cretina di check in mi ha aperto tutto il bagaglio e mi voleva buttare le creme costosissime. Dopo una contestazione dove le facevo notare che il siero di Lierac di 100 euro era di 30 ml....Insisteva le dovevo mettere in una busta che in Italia potevamo come volevamo ma in Copenhagen no. In un paese che si va una volta nella vita solo per turismo così piccolo e inesistente a livello internazionale politico e economico che non viene calcolato. Poi alla fine mi butta una crema per i capelli costosa anche questa. Ma la rabbia di persone così rozze e ignoranti che ingiustamente ti rovinano le vacanze. Da denunciare....p.s gli notavo che era per igene personale, niente da fare se andiamo in Danimarca non si dobbiamo lavare secondo queste cretine. In un paese che non esiste il bidet non puoi aspettare altro.... Vergognose valuto una denuncia

Going though customs was very fast, then it took over an hour to get our luggage. Mobs of people with crying kids (can’t blame them) after long flights waiting endlessly for luggage. Very disorganized luggage system.

Copenhagen airport is a good place to travel. Also a good place to start a trip to Sweden: the train crossing the bridge starts there. It's quick to head out to the city.
