Last night at the Malaga boarding gate, the lady was very rude and impolite toward some passengers. She was checking that the bags were in the baggage checkout, which was, up to that point, in line with her duties. However, I must say that she was particularly provocative with one passenger, not letting him explain (the passenger didn’t speak Spanish) and verbally attacking him in Spanish. I travel every week, and I’ve also worked in aviation, and I know for a fact that staff’s first priority (both ground and cabin crew) is to defuse any situation of chaos and agitation, but unfortunately, that wasn’t what I witnessed yesterday. I don’t doubt that the passenger in question was traveling significantly “excess” with his baggage allowance, but raising tensions like that by threatening to leave the passenger stranded is not behavior I’ve seen at other airports. Furthermore, two other passengers had to pay excess baggage for ridiculous reasons. I myself, due to a purchase at the airport, had to hang a pair of shoes from my backpack (which was perfectly sized and fit the sizer), and I had to pay €50 for a pair of shoes. I understand the rules—the free bag must fit under the seat in front of me, and in fact it did fit as it has on all previous flights (I always use the same backpack), but you also have to have a modicum of flexibility and compromise between respecting the rules and understanding the situation, because the rules are already very strict, but we can’t even make purchases at the airport this way. My bag fit under the seat, even with the shoes hanging. I couldn’t even explain it, seeing the aggressive way the gate agent had already treated and threatened the previous passenger; I paid silently for fear of being attacked and left stranded. Because of this behavior, the flight departed late. I wonder if the goal is to meet the slot or to collect penalties.

All'interno dell'aeroporto non si può fumare... e se provi a chiedere alle persone che ci lavorano, ti ridono in faccia e ti dicono in modo sarcastico che non si può fumare da nessuna parte.
Prezzi dei ristoranti esorbitanti, persino i fast food famosi non si risparmiano ha strapparti i soldi dal portafoglio...
L'unica nota splendita è la pulizia dei bagni.
In poche parole un aereporto pessimo, sconsigliato. Se dovete ritornare nel vostro paese dall'Andalusia scegliete l'aereoporto di Siviglia o di Granata.

Scandaloso che non abbiano un'area fumatori. Si sa che in Spagna specialmente al sud si fuma poco, ma la trovo una grave mancanza di rispetto per tutte le persone che vengono da tutto il Mondo, è un areoporto, certi servizi dovrebbero essere obbligatori per tutti. Tra l 'altro quando ho chiesto se ci fosse una sala fumatori mi è stato anche risposto di no in maniera molto scortese da una ragazza del Gate.

Sono stata al dudyfree, ho pagato una stecca di sigarette 59,80 euro, cifra molto più elevata che all’esterno dell’aeroporto. La signorina della cassa mi ga spiegato che la detassasione è valida fuori dalla UE. Mi chiedo all’interno dall’aeroporto la tassazione aumenta? Una stecca di Camel in spagna costa 52 euro!

Non c'è un'area fumatori all'interno. Una volta si fumava in aereo ed era davvero troppo. Ma non riservare una piccola Smoking area come servizio ai clienti è dovuto ai clienti. Adesso poi ci hanno comunicato 50 minuti di ritardo sul volo...Ridicolo.

Shocking arrival today - huge queues estimate 2000 people in a small space with low ceiling and minimal air conditioning - no chance of any distancing at all - minimum one hour to get through most will be two hours - strongly advise against travelling here currently - worst expert in over 20 years of using this airport.

Terminal 3 is a nice and modern terminal, however, it is always busy at the food courts and there is not much seating room. Terminal 2 is an old and dilapidated terminal, which does not meet the current standards. It should have been closed already.
